Mobile & Text Messaging Terms of Services
The Nevada Immigrant Coalition shortcode (XXXXX) provides subscribers with rapid-response information about our immigrant advocacy efforts, community safety, and live updates.
When you opt-in to the service, we will send you a SMS message to confirm your sign-up.
You can cancel the SMS service anytime. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode to opt-out. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a SMS message to confirm that you have been opted out. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us.
If you want to join again, just text JOIN to XXXXX and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@nvimmigrantcoalition.org.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message frequency varies.
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (and who will not use such information for their own purposes); (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation or to comply with law enforcement or legal process.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
